ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING OVERVIEW

We ship orders just once per week, on Tuesdays. We must receive your order by 9am PST on the prior Thursday to ship out on Tuesday. So, we essentially need at least 5 days lead time. If we receive your order after 9am PST Thursday, it will ship out on the week after the following week. 

Your order will arrive based on the shipping method you choose. If you need a rush shipment and the option is not available during checkout, please email us at weborders@petuniaspiesandpastries.com.

UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. Orders are shipped to be delivered without a signature. Packages are left at your shipping address at your own risk. Please check your shipping address carefully. Petunia’s Pies & Pastries cannot be held responsible if your package is delayed, lost, stolen or damaged.

**Post COVID-19 update: UPS no longer guarantees any delivery days. Because of this, we are not able to ship via Ground service in most cases to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and with the intended product quality. We HIGHLY encourage you to choose the fastest shipping speed available at checkout. We understand that UPS shipping fees are costly for services other than Ground, but their pricing is out of our control. Our products are all natural, hand made and delicate and therefore do not have a lengthy shelf life and generally require a quick shipping timeframe.

***Please note-we cannot be held liable for damage to perishable products received in unsatisfactory condition that was shipped via UPS Ground service. Again, we HIGHLY suggest choosing the fastest shipping method available and UPS Ground for our perishable items is not suggested. 

WHAT DAYS DO WE SHIP?

We ship once per week on Tuesdays. Please note-we do not ship orders on federal holidays.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE BEST SHIPPING METHOD?

Our treats are made fresh by hand in small batches. We use natural, fresh ingredients and do not use any preservatives of any kind so our product shelf life is somewhat short. We strongly encourage you to choose the fastest shipping method possible to ensure the best quality. Especially since shipping days are guaranteed by UPS at this time. To ensure product quality, we may require that some items ship only via expedited shipping (2 day or overnight), which you will select at checkout.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Our shipping rates are generated by UPS and are weight and dimensional-based for each region of the United States. Being a small business, these are the best rates we are able to arrange. Again, we strongly encourage you to choose the fastest shipping method possible to ensure the best quality product.  

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email the day we fulfill your order & schedule your shipment to go out.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

At this time we ship only within the Continental United States.
